PREA/Zero Tolerance

SEXUAL ABUSE AND SEXUAL HARASSMENT PREVENTION

In keeping with Public Law 108-79 Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) of 2003, the facility will investigate and refer to outside law enforcement for prosecution, any activities involving such conduct. All detainees housed at the Donald W. Wyatt Detention Facility shall have the right to be safe from sexually abusive behavior.
